Perrier-Jouët Tasting

Victoria Esposito at Goslings has opened up the cellars of Perrier-Jouët Champagne to give us the opportunity to taste six Champagnes from their house.

This will be a great opportunity to try the champagne line ranging from their Blanc de Blancs to vintage offerings.
She is also putting together an offering of canapes that will be paired with each champagne to highlight the range.
I know that one of the pairings is certainly not what I expected to be offered, so I would say be prepared to be surprised for the evening.

• The event will be held on Friday, March 12th starting from 5:30pm.
• The cost for the tasting with the heavy canapes will be $80 per person
• Dress will be smart casual with ribbons for the evening.
