DESCRIPTION:Victoria Esposito at Goslings has opened up the cellars of Perr
 ier-Jouët Champagne to give us the opportunity to taste six Champagnes fr
 om their house.
 This will be a great opportunity to try the champagne li
 ne ranging from their Blanc de Blancs to vintage offerings. She is also pu
 tting together an offering of canapes that will be paired with each champa
 gne to highlight the range. I know that one of the pairings is certainly n
 ot what I expected to be offered\, so I would say be prepared to be surpri
 sed for the evening.
 
 The event will be held on Friday\, March 12th s
 tarting from 5:30pm.
 The cost for the tasting with the heavy canapes wil
 l be $80 per person
 Dress will be smart casual with ribbons for the even
