This very special wine pairing will be held at Grotto Bay from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. We can accept 20 attendees only, Ordre Mondial members will have first choice, then if space permits we will accept Chaîne members.
On April 9th, Chef Dom will prepare tasting samples from the dishes that will be served at the induction dinner. Each wine merchant will have submitted wines to pair every dish. Our Echanson will have pre-selected at least 2 wines per dish.
At the event, you will taste the dishes and the wines and discuss each pair. Our Echanson will take your feedback into consideration for the final selections
This is a very different and interesting tasting that I am sure you will enjoy thoroughly. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the decision making for our Induction dinner!
Battle of the Wine Merchants
Our annual: "Battle of the Wine Merchants” at Bolero Brasserie, this year featuring Chef Jonny's favourite 70’s dishes, modern style.
The cost is $160.00 for members $185 for guests. All inclusive of glass of wine before dinner and 2 wines per course except for the dessert. The event will start at 7 PM for the glass of wine then dinner will be served at 7:30 PM. Ribbons should be worn. Maximum 50 guests.

Battle of the Wine Merchants 2019
Our annual: "Battle of the Wine Merchants” at Bolero Brasserie.
Ringside drinks (Cocktails) will start at 7 PM. Provided by Pitt & Co.
Bouts (Dinner) begin at 7:45 PM. This years contenders will be Burrows Lightbourn, Gosling's, Discovery Wine and Two Rock.
Dress is casual. Ribbons should be worn.
Maximum 50 guests.
