**Doro Wat**  
Tender chicken slow-cooked in a rich, spicy sauce made with cayenne pepper, Ethiopian berbere spices, and onions. Simmered to perfection, this hearty stew is served with a boiled egg, adding depth to its bold flavors. Traditionally enjoyed with injera, Doro Wat is a warming dish that offers a taste of Ethiopia's culinary heritage.

**Alicha Beg Wat**  
Succulent pieces of lamb simmered in a mild turmeric-infused sauce, blended with garlic, ginger, and aromatic herbs. This delicately spiced Ethiopian stew offers a comforting balance of flavors, highlighting the richness of the lamb without overwhelming heat. Traditionally served with injera, Alicha Beg Wat is perfect for those seeking a flavorful yet gentle taste of Ethiopian cuisine.

**Misir Wat**  
A hearty stew of red lentils cooked to creamy perfection in a rich blend of Ethiopian spices, including cayenne pepper and the signature berbere mix. Infused with garlic, onions, and ginger, this flavorful dish offers a bold, spicy kick balanced by the earthiness of the lentils. Traditionally served with injera, Misir Wat is a vibrant and satisfying staple of Ethiopian cuisine.

Ethiopian Spinach & Potato (Gomen Be Dinish) – A flavorful combination of tender spinach and golden potatoes sautéed with aromatic spices, garlic, and onions. Simmered to perfection with a hint of turmeric and mild chili, this comforting dish offers a balance of earthy and savory flavors, perfect as a side or a hearty plant-based main. Served with injera or rice.

Cabbage and Carrot (Atakilt Wat) – A fragrant, slow-cooked medley of cabbage, carrots, sautéed with onions, garlic, and turmeric. Gently spiced and perfectly tender, this comforting dish is a staple in Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine, served with injera for a wholesome, flavorful experience.
