 ve into this topic with Two Rock owner\, Mat MacDonald\, leading us throug
 h an educational tasting centered around wine ageing. We will taste exampl
 es of Champagne\, white and red wine\, which both do and don’t exhibit q
 ualities for ageing.
 Due to space\, we will limit this event to 20 peopl
 e\, with preference given to registered Ordre Mondial members. This event
