 e held at Grotto Bay&nbsp\;from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. We can accept 20 attende
 es only\, Ordre Mondial members will have first choice\, then if space per
 mits we will accept Chaîne members.
 On April 9th\, Chef Dom will prepar
 e tasting samples from the dishes that will be served at the induction din
 ner. Each wine merchant will have submitted wines to pair every dish. Our 
 Echanson will have pre-selected at least 2 wines per dish.
 At the event\
 , you will taste the dishes and the wines and discuss each pair. Our Echan
 son will take your feedback into consideration for the final selections
 
 This is a very different and interesting tasting that I am sure you will e
 njoy thoroughly. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the decision
