The tasting at Harbourfront went very well and your committee made judicious choices with the pairing of the food and wine. The team at Harbourfront are super excited about hosting this dinner and our Chaîne friend Pierangelo has been working hard creating specially designed dishes for us. We would like to also thank Mark Harrington from Gosling’s for submitting wines for our tasting team.
 
Schedule:
  • 6:00 PM The evening with start at sharing a glass of wine in the lobby of the BUEI to welcome our new members.
  • 6:30 PM The induction will take place at the BUEI amphitheater at 6:30 PM. This year we will induct 24 new members, we will also elevate 4 members to the grade of Officier and 3 members will be elevated in various committee grades. 
  • 7:00 PM, champagne reception in the lobby of the BUEI. Hors d’oeuvres will be passed.
  • 7:45 PM dinner will be served
Dress Code:  Black tie with ribbons.
Cost: $300 pp all inclusive, a subsidised price for members and $350 pp all inclusive for guests.
 
Please let us know if you have an allergy as the chef will be happy to amend the menu for you but otherwise no change to the menu will be accepted
 
We will have dancing with music especially selected for us towards the end of the dinner.
 
We just want to remind you not to drink and drive.
 
The number of guests is limited to 70 and the website will be closed when we reach that number. We will have to give final numbers to Harbourfront by November 29th so please reserve prior to that date.
