  the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs\, we all share an appreciation fine dining a
 nd the culinary arts. Chef James will put our discerning palates to the t
 est with a six-course tasting menu. We will be challenged to name ingred
 ients\, flavors\, herbs and spices\, and the top epicurean will prevail!
