 This very special wine pairing will be held at t
 he&nbsp\;Coral Beach Club from 600 PM to 8:00 PM. We can accept 20 guests 
 only\, Ordre Mondial members will have first choice\, then if space permit
 s we will accept Chaîne members.

 On April 22nd\, Chef Scott w
 ill prepare smaller plates of the same dishes that will be served at the i
 nduction dinner. Each wine merchant will have been given the menu and they
  will have submitted wines to pair every dish. Our Echanson will have pre-
 selected at least 2 wines per dish.
 &nbsp\;
 At the event\, &nbsp\;you 
 will taste the dishes and the wines and let us know which wine you think p
 airs each of the dishes best. Later our Echanson will compiled the results
  and taking your choices into consideration\, will make the final decision
 .
