La Dolce Vita

Dear Members,

Join us for an evening of la dolce vita as the Chaîne gathers at Trattoria for a relaxed end-of-sumer celebration of Italian food, wine and good company.

This is an evening designed for sharing. We’ll begin with a generous Tagliere Trattoria, laden with Italian salami and cheeses alongside arancini, octopus, smoked salmon and other bites, before moving on to Mari e Monti — a feast from land and sea featuring seafood, lamb, steak, Italian sausage and more.

And because no Italian evening should end too quickly, we’ll finish with a Tagliere delle Delizie of tempting sweets, accompanied by a complimentary Sgroppino.

For those who would like to make a wine evening of it, a specially selected flight of wines will accompany the menu.
