We are delighted to invite you to this year’s Chaîne Induction Gala, to be held at Grotto Bay Beach Resort in the Hibiscus Room, with cocktails on the newly redesigned panoramic rooftop terrace.
 
This year’s gala is anchored by an exceptional menu from Chef Dominique, whose Mauritian roots and French training come together in a deeply original culinary experience. Drawing on Mauritian spices and flavors rarely encountered here, paired with refined French technique and subtle molecular elements woven throughout each course, this is a menu designed to surprise and delight.

The Executive Committee previewed the menu, and it was truly outstanding—unexpected, precise, and unlike anything we have experienced locally.
