Gala Wine Selection 2025

This very special wine pairing will be held at the Coral Beach Club from 600 PM to 8:00 PM. We can accept 20 guests only, Ordre Mondial members will have first choice, then if space permits we will accept Chaîne members.
On April 22nd, Chef Scott will prepare smaller plates of the same dishes that will be served at the induction dinner. Each wine merchant will have been given the menu and they will have submitted wines to pair every dish. Our Echanson will have pre-selected at least 2 wines per dish.
At the event, you will taste the dishes and the wines and let us know which wine you think pairs each of the dishes best. Later our Echanson will compiled the results and taking your choices into consideration, will make the final decision.
This is a very different and interesting tasting that I am sure you will enjoy thoroughly. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the decision making for our Induction dinner!
