The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage des Bermudes, unites professional and amateur gastronomes in a private, not-for-profit society committed to promoting the culinary and hospitality arts and oenology through example, education and camaraderie.

Events

During the calendar year we hold various dinners, usually 2 formal in the winter and fall and 1 informal in the summer. The formal dinners are quite spectacular and will often involve 8-12 courses each of which is a fabulous food/wine pairing.

We also have a number of dine-around dinners during the year. These are held in months when we do not have any other organized functions. These are less formal, yet fun evenings where we go to a local restaurant and order a la carte. Wines will be selected to match the foods.

The wine conisseurs will want to join L'Ordre Mondial. We have one special dinner each year for these members, where the emphasis is on the consumption of excellent wines along with an excellent meal.
